Biography

I’m Buddha Lama, a committed fitness coach, mentor, and coach who is enthusiastic about assisting individuals in overcoming fitness obstacles and establishing long-term, sustainable health. Strength training, functional movement, muscular hypertrophy, and fat loss are my areas of expertise. I help clients go beyond temporary solutions and attain genuine, long-lasting change.
I teach and guide the upcoming generation of fitness professionals as the “Faculty Head at Classic Fitness Academy”, giving them the tools they need to succeed in the field. My approach to teaching is lively, captivating, and full of humour and real-world situations because I believe that exercise should be both fun and successful.
In addition to coaching, I have a strong interest in performance-based strength training, functional training, and organized fat reduction. I design programs that are specific to your requirements, whether you’re a novice trying to gain confidence in the gym or an experienced athlete aiming for new personal records. Additionally, I’ve worked with unique groups, such as people who have mobility issues, medical disorders, or hormone abnormalities.
What is my philosophy? “Knowledge is the key to grow.” Being fit is more than simply moving; it also involves knowing your body, making wise choices, and resolving to enhance your health for the rest of your life. I live up to my beliefs by always learning new things, improving my training, and keeping abreast of the most recent developments in nutrition and exercise research.
